Ish is a personal assistant from Ish LLC, available on the web and by text message. Text Ish to get help with everyday tasks — restaurant reservations, appointments, planning and booking travel, reminders, and errands. Ish replies by text, asks any questions it needs, and follows up when things are handled.

Ish LLC operates Ish at ish.support. Our service helps individuals and households coordinate everyday tasks through an AI assistant: planning a trip, arranging a reservation, keeping track of appointments, and following up on errands. Customers give the assistant requests through their Ish account or their assigned Ish phone number.

Ish LLC SMS assistant

Our text messaging program is for customers who choose to receive assistant texts at their verified mobile number. Messages include conversational replies, reminders, and updates about tasks the customer requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Who receives messages: Ish customers who have explicitly agreed to the SMS program and verified their own mobile number. Why we send them: to respond to those customers, ask questions needed to complete their requests, deliver reminders they ask for, and report progress or completion of their tasks. This campaign does not send unsolicited texts or messages to purchased contact lists.

How to opt in

Create an account at ish.support/sign-up, enter your mobile number, and check the SMS consent box to agree to receive replies, reminders, and updates you request from Ish LLC. The box is required and unchecked by default. You must check it before requesting a verification code. Enter that code to confirm your number. Verifying a phone number alone does not enroll you in assistant messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The same consent requirement applies when linking or changing your number in User Settings. Phone setup and settings require sign-in. Each household receives an assigned Ish number for its conversations.

The form links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This page explains the consent requirement; it does not enroll you in messaging.

How it works

  1. You text Ish a request (for example, "book a dinner reservation for Friday").
  2. Ish replies with clarifying questions — dates, times, party size, preferences.
  3. Ish follows up and confirms when it's taken care of.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Help, cancellation, and resubscription

Reply HELP to your Ish number for help, or email jackie@ish.support. Reply STOP to that number to stop assistant text messages. After opting out, an existing customer can reply START to the same assigned Ish number to resubscribe and receive a confirmation. START does not create an Ish account.
